One year ago today...
My mother left this earthly realm.
It always makes me reflect, thinking about how she left. At 67, it seemed it was too soon, even with all the health problems. Then, I remember the underlying issues she was dealing with, the self-confidence issues, the trying marriage, the guilt she harbored, etc. I guess the stress finally reached critical mass. Even so, I always hoped she could change.
